Visual Call is an app idea developed by my friend Korey Prendergast. He approached me to create a simplistic yet refined user interface for his application, and it was a great project to work on given the implications of such a technology! In short, Visual Call simplifies the “call tree” phone menu system used by companies.

This gets rid of the hassle of auditory phone menus that use the dreaded “Press one for X, 2 for Y, etc.” which is often difficult to navigate and very time consuming. Visual call makes that process entirely visual and allows you to easily navigate among menus and see in real-time how long you have to wait to get a human being on the line. I proceeded to go through a series of design critiques with him, and you can see the sketches / finished results here!
